Atlanta Braves Parade Participant Guidelines & Information

• The parade line-up is located at the Hank Aaron Ramp located outside sections 125/129.  Parade participants should stay organized at all times.  Due to crowd congestion on the ramps groups should organize themselves before lining up on the ramp.  Suggested meeting areas in and around the stadium include but not limited too, outside the East Gate, in front one of the statues located in Monument Grove, and in front of Tooner Field in the plaza of Turner Field. 
• The easiest entrance into the stadium is the EAST GATE located on the Hank Aaron Drive side of Turner Field.
• Emergency personnel and security often use the ramps so please keep groups lined up against the wall at all times. 
  Two adults/coaches per group/team are allowed to walk in the parade with children ages 6 & older.  Four coaches per group/team are allowed to walk in the parade with children 4 & under.
• Pre-selected groups participating in the T-ball exhibition will line-up at the beginning of the Hank Aaron Ramp followed by the parade participants.  T-ball teams need to provide their own equipment and should enter the stadium through the East gate ONLY.  All bags will be searched by security before being allowed into the stadium.   Storage space is not provided for the t-ball equipment and there are no pass out gates to return equipment to vehicles after the T-ball exhibition is over. 
• T-ball teams should follow the same procedures as parade participants.    Note: Due to time constraints, all T-ball participants are not guaranteed the opportunity to bat.
• Due to time constraints, the parade cannot be interrupted under any circumstance (i.e. taking photographs, asking for autographs, etc.
• Parents should make sure their child has a ticket stub in his or her pocket or sock, so that coaches and Braves staff members will be able to easily return a child to his or her seat should they become separated from their group.
• Parents and all other’s not participating in the parade can view the t-ball exhibition and parade at section 125/129 or along the outfield pavilion wall.  
• PREGAME ACTIVITIES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE ATLANTA BRAVES AND ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
