We Need One Outstanding Choir

Calling vocal ensembles and choirs to try out for the honor of performing the national anthem on August 4.

Here’s the process:
Vocal ensembles or choirs only – no solos

Submit 2 copies of your acappella recording of the Star-Spangled Banner on unmarked CDs or cassettes

Include in your cover letter

Name of your congregation or organization
Your group name, as you want it to be announced that night
Give us the date and event if any that your group has ever performed at Turner Field, for any event.
If you are chosen and have not performed at a Braves games previously, additional steps may be required.

Entries will be reviewed in a blind audition by a panel of choral judges.

Entries must be received by June 15th.

Winners will be announced July 15th.
